    <title><![CDATA[Validasi Instrumen Perilaku Self-Harm pada Remaja Menggunakan Model Rasch]]></title>
    <abstract><![CDATA[Perilaku self-harm pada remaja menjadi salah satu permasalahan psikologis yang mendapat perhatian karena dapat berdampak pada kesehatan mental, fungsi sosial, dan kualitas hidup individu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan instrumen pengukuran yang valid dan reliabel untuk mengidentifikasi kecenderungan self-harm secara akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji instrumen self-harm menggunakan pendekatan model Rasch. Penelitian dilakukan pada 110 siswa sekolah menengah atas yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen self-harm terdiri dari 24 item dengan model skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Rasch untuk menguji reliabilitas, kesesuaian item, struktur kategori respons, unidimensionalitas, tingkat kesulitan item, dan Differential Item Functioning (DIF). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen self-harm memiliki kualitas psikometrik yang baik dengan reliabilitas item sebesar 0,91 dan reliabilitas person sebesar 0,81. Mayoritas item berada pada kategori fit, struktur kategori respons berfungsi dengan baik, serta instrumen memenuhi asumsi unidimensionalitas. Selain itu, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa item-item mampu mengukur tingkat kecenderungan self-harm responden secara konsisten dan objektif. Dengan demikian, instrumen self-harm yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur maupun alat skrining dalam membantu identifikasi kecenderungan self-harm pada remaja secara lebih akurat.]]></abstract>
